Recurring Payment Policy


This Recurring Payments Policy regulate the billing, payments, and subscriptions of the website (hereinafter: the Website) owned by the company Roango d.o.o. (LLC), Osijek, Zagrebačka 1, Republic of Croatia, registered at the Commercial Court of Osijek under the CRN: 030232074, OIB: 69238145406, and operating under the registered trademark Roango (hereinafter: Roango). 

All terms in this Recurring Payments Policy are to be interpreted to refer to all genders and encompass the plural and singular of each term, except when expressly stating the opposite. 

Individual contents and services provided by the Website may have their own terms of use that the User accepts each time they access the aforementioned contents or services. Unless otherwise stated, the Terms of Service are applied. In case of special terms and conditions are contracted between the User and the Roango, such special terms and conditions shall apply. 

Recurring Payments Policy

Use of the Website is free for Talents. 

Roango offers services and tools used through the recruitment process. The plans, their features, and prices are highlighted on the Pricing page on Roango’s public website.

Company Users can use the following features without a paid plan:

  • Company profile view and edit, including company brand assets
  • Manage team members

Other features will be disabled and/or view-only for Companies without an active plan. Roango plans for Company Users are subscription-based.

A valid credit card will be required for paying accounts.

All billing activities will be available to the user for inspection in the application on the next page Settings> Billing and Subscriptions> Billing Activities. In addition, accounts will be available to the user on the Settings> Billing and Subscriptions> Invoices page for viewing and downloading. Roango will also deliver a notification and invoice to customers via email.


Roango is currently free to use for all Talents. In the future, in an effort to improve the service, Roango will create additional internet tools that can help Talent look for future employment/engagement. Such additional services will be available for purchase and will be arbitrary.

The Company User needs to pay for the services on the Website in its final form, on an "as is" basis. All contents and services which are provided through the Website will be listed in the Pricing section of the Website with an indication of prices.

Prices on the website and in the application are expressed without VAT. Local tax charges will be applied to all companies that are taxpayers in Croatia. Roango performs the VIES check for all European Union companies and all companies that pass the VIES check are exempt from paying the VAT fee, and in case they do not pass the VIES check, they will be charged the Croatian local tax fee. We do not charge local Croatian VAT fees to business customers, Company Users, outside the European Union.

Billing Cycle

The subscription price for the Roango service will be charged to your Payment Method on the specific payment date indicated on the  Settings>Billing and Subscription>Your subscription page. On the before-mentioned page, you can also see your next billing date.

The Company Users pay for the service for the next period. If there is no change regarding the plan, the Company's plan is renewed on the next billing date, and the last active plan is renewed. The subscription is based on a one-month period. In some cases, your payment date may change, for example, if your Payment Method has not successfully settled, when you change your subscription plan or if your paid plan began on a day not contained in a given month.  If the day of your billing date does not occur every month (for example, the 31st),  your Company will be billed on the last day of that month instead.

Plan Upgrade

If you as a Company User want to increase the plan, you can do that on Settings>Billing and Subscription>Your Subscription page. In the case of a plan upgrade, the Company User shall confirm additionally in-app the desired change. When you confirm your desired plan for an upgrade the change occurs immediately. 

In the event of changing to a higher-priced plan, the change will happen immediately, as will the billing for this change. In this case, the price paid for the new plan will be adjusted based on the price of the current plan, and the number of remaining unused days in the current plan. This price adjustment happens only once during changing the plan, for the rest of the billing cycle, the price will be as stated for the new chosen plan.

Your billing cycle will be updated to reflect this change, and a new higher-priced plan will begin a new billing period. On the  Settings>Billing and Subscription>Your subscription page, you can also see your next billing date.

Plan Downgrade

If you as a Company User want to downgrade the plan, you can do that on Settings>Billing and Subscription>Your Subscription page. 

In case of a plan downgrade, the change occurs with the next billing date. There are different possible situations. In case the smaller plan that the Company User wants to switch to is enough to cover the number of currently active openings, a change occurs (plan downgrade) on the next billing date. In case the smaller plan to which the Company User wants to switch is not enough to cover the number of currently active openings, the Company User needs to archive enough openings to switch to a desired smaller plan. Downgrade to a smaller plan is available only if the smaller plan can cover the number of active openings. 

In the event that the Company User makes a request for plan downgrade during the month, and on the date when a downgrade is to be made there are more active openings than Company Users can have in the requested smaller plan, the request for downgrade will be rejected. In this case, the Company User will be warned that the downgrade will not be performed and that a specific number of openings should be closed so that Company Users can switch to a smaller plan. If the Company User activates a new opening and has more openings than Company User can cover with the smaller plan he requested, and after requesting a downgrade the user will receive a warning that his downgrade request will be canceled. The Company User then can confirm the warning and continue or cancel the action.

Payment Methods

To use the Roango service you must provide a Payment Method, a valid credit card. You shall provide the Payment Method on the page Settings>Billing and Subscriptions>Payment Method. 

If payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your plan, the grace period will start.

For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

You can update your Payment Method by going to the Settings>Billing and Subscriptions>Payment Method page.

Grace Period

In the grace period, all active openings will go to deactivated status. Meaning, openings are not visible on the company profile nor available in search. If the link of the opening itself is opened directly, it says that the opening is no longer active. The Company can no longer manage the opening or the applications on it. All invitations to talents will be removed for talent. The grace period lasts for 15 calendar days. If 15 calendar days pass, the opening goes to the status archived, and all applications will go to the status disqualified. If the company pays for the new plan within 15 calendar days, it can further manage the number of openings depending on the plan company paid for. If the Company pays for the plan within those 15 days, the Company can continue to use its plan normally. The company's plan is active from the moment of payment.


You can cancel your Roango plan at any time, and you will continue to have access to the Roango service through the end of your billing period. Payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial usage periods or unused Roango services and content. To cancel, go to the Settings>Billing and Subscriptions>Your Subscription page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your plan, your plan will automatically stop at the end of your current billing period. If you need assistance with cancellation you can contact our support team at [email protected]

Changes to the Price and Plans

We may change our subscription plans and the prices of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to subscription plans will not affect your active plan. We will inform you about changes in our offer at least 14 calendar days before the change occurs. In the event of a change in the offer, if Company User cancels the existing plan, or changes it to another plan, Company User will not be able to renew it under the conditions of the initial subscription plan due to the fact it does not exist anymore.

If a user has a specific plan active, the price on that plan, including the features that that plan includes, cannot be changed. In the event that we change our offer, both in terms of price and features, completely new plans are created. The user can use the active plan until he decides to change the plan, once the user leaves the plan that is no longer in the current offer, he cannot reactivate it.

Current plans are considered to be plans that are available on the public website on the pricing page. Also, in addition to the current plans, the user can request a custom plan, accept the offer created based on the user's contact and depending on his needs. Once a custom plan has been created for the user, he can select it for purchase just like any other plan currently offered and is treated the same.

Promo Codes

We will occasionally offer discounts through promo codes. The Company can use the promo code the first time Company chooses the plan and will receive a discount depending on the promo code at the first payment. If the Company already has a subscription, the Company can enter a promo code, and the discount, depending on the promo code, will be realized at the next payment. To enter the Promo Code, go to the Settings>Billing and Subscriptions>Payment Method page, section Promo Code.

 Disputes Resolution

Roango and the User shall strive to resolve all disputes regarding the interpretation, application, or fulfillment of the Terms amicably and in good faith. Otherwise, they shall be settled before the court of competent jurisdiction located in the town of Osijek, Republic of Croatia. All legal disputes related to card processing are handled under the Republic of Croatia Law.

 Changes to The Recurring Payments Policy

Roango reserves the right to modify the Recurring Payments Policy at any time. Any modification of the Recurring Payments Policy will be published on this Website and shall be binding for all Users from the date of publication.
