Creating offer letters is your routine, and you are able to write them blindfolded, so to speak. Negotiation is your second name and your communicational and organizational skills make working in a dynamic environment a breeze.

Your daily responsibilities will include

  • Managing the recruitment process
  • Creating and posting job openings
  • Proactive sourcing through various channels
  • Writing and submitting offer letters
  • Cooperating with the management in creating the employment strategy and employment process
  • Developing a strategy to attract candidates and promote employer branding
  • Participating in HR operations and administration

You are a candidate for this job if you have

  • Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Knowledge of complete recruiting cycle and processes
  • A flexible and open-minded approach
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Good communicational and organizational skills

  • Experience within the IT industry

Mentor and Buddy

To ensure for new employees the most comfortable adjustment to the new work environment, we assign them mentors and buddies. The mentor is there to help and guide you through the work tasks and responsibilities, while the buddy will be there for all other matters related to our company culture, getting around the office, and meeting everyone else in the company. We want everyone who joins our team to feel welcomed and part of the team as soon as possible.
