We are looking to hire a new HR Manager who will play a key role in our growth and people development. A proven professional who could help us attract the best tech talent from the market, create people development programs, and partner in designing the best employee experience to retain critical skills.

As an HR Manager, you will work closely with the senior leaders on organizational design and people strategy.

Main task and responsibilities

  • Work with and support the leadership team.
  • Build a positive relationship with all stakeholders
  • Ensures conflict resolution between different stakeholders
  • Participate/drive people strategy and design strategy of the HR function
  • Develop and implement effective internal procedures
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise all HR activities and processes
  • Define competency gaps, current, and future business needs, and manage the selection and recruitment process
  • Design and execute effective onboarding
  • Manage the HR Budget. Plan, monitor, and effectively control labor costs and expenses
  • Co-design, monitor, and measure employee performance
  • Create and plan a salary and reward system. Prepare information and provide input for the compensation reviews
  • Lead the HR team. Ensure the consistently high quality of their work as individuals and as a team, and support their growth and development
  • Ensure efficient administrative support to all processes. Provide advice and guidance on HR & local labor law-related issues

You are a perfect fit for this job if you have:

  • Five years of professional HR experience, including experience of already working min. three years as HR manager
  • Experience in working in the technology sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace and ability to work with new tools and technologies
  • Experience and knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics and analytics
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • People-oriented and results-driven management style
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
